Positive Comments: Smooth jazzy easy listening secular Christmas song. Writer paints a good picture of memories that bring to mind a loved one and special relationship enhanced by the holidays. Lots of good imagery here. Original word picture: Corner lot of trees. Lots of good internal rhymes: Pine/find, take/snowflake. The vocalist a lovely voice, rich and sweet, great emotion. The piano is really great, intro and outro perfect.

Constructive Comments: Sounded like a consistent drum loop throughout. So if you wanted to add “real drums” that might improve. But really, it’s great just as it stands and should be marketable for anyone looking for another secular Christmas carol. Personally I miss Jesus in this kind of a Christmas song. Forgive me if this was a real drummer…you never know!

Positive Comments: Sounds like McCartney inspired, it’s perceivable in the melody and in the vocals. Which is always a nice thing (for me). I don’t hear much country. It’s a slow and melancholy ballad, with a “once upon a time” hook that works.

Positive Comments: Jeez this sounds like Guns n Roses. It’s like someone slipped an album track in on Broadjam. It’s really tight and catchy with a pounding groove, nice alternation between distinct song sections, great backing/harmony vocals, slamming drums and ripping guitar. Fans of GnR, Queensryche, Audioslave etc would love this.

Constructive Comments: Shit this rocks, and it’s not what I listen to. I think the mastering level needs to come up but that’s it.
