Song: Oh Come All Ye Faithful

Reviewer: Kate Carpenter

Positive Comments: Just when you think you’ve heard every version of this Christmas favorite, along comes this beautiful organ rendition of O Come All Ye Faithful. Once it finally ramps up, it’s full, majestic, worshipful and lovely to listen to. Just the thing to get you into the Christmas spirit. It’s a Christmas goosebumps piece! Bravo!

Constructive Comments: The first part of the song is the ONLY reason you didn’t get all 5’s from me on this review. I could handle the solo organ attack on the melody for about 11 seconds…then I was longing to hear more…which I got at .39 and I said to myself: FINALLY! Why did he/she wait so long?

Song: Blame it on the music

Reviewer: Kate Carpenter

Positive Comments: Here’s a fun song to listen to about “the band that used to be.” I’ve never heard a song about this topic before. But there’s enough broken up bands out there that could probably relate to it. I got a kick out of the part “met my wife.” That was cool. The lyrics were pretty easy to understand.

Constructive Comments: Sounded more like folk or spoken word to me than rock. The ending is abrupt and cut off…might want to fix that. What song did you have on the radio?

Positive Comments: This short rock song sounds like it would fit well in the Halloween or video game category. It’s pulsating, exciting and well put together. The band sounds great. I like it when it ramps up and gets scary-sounding. Nice job!

Constructive Comments: Why is this song so short? You just got started and POOF it was over. Hope to hear more of your work. You rock! Mrs. Kate
