Positive Comments: Great song kind of a Echo and the Bunny Men meets the Tubes vibe to it. A little 80s new wave meets Bruce. Very well played and sung song. I love this style of music, very moody and stylish with a subtle dance beat mixed in. Again Great song.

Constructive Comments: Maybe a bridge with a different vibe that went in an angled direction, but over all a Great Song. Love the true vibe of the song.

Constructive Comments: The string sound is a little too harsh sounding for my taste. If it was a little lower in the mix, the brash changes would not stick out so much.

Positive Comments: Lush acoustic country sound with a Prairie Home Companion vibe–dobro, mandolin, and strumming acoustic. A really rich baritone voice is telling a melancholy story. This feels like a truck stop cup of coffee on a long day of driving–lonely and blue but still kinda hopeful.

Constructive Comments: Don’t do “it’s the end of the song” that’s a rupture in the story and a bit of a cop out IMO, in the middle of so much strong lyric work.

Positive Comments: This has a mid 80’s teen movie theme vibe with almost manic tempo and tight, muted 16th’s on the power chords–kinda like the song New Age Girl from Dumb & Dumber. The highly distorted & compressed solo guitar sounds a lot like Elliot Easton of The Cars. This is tightly performed and the sound is totally professional.

Constructive Comments: It’s a sound that fits in a five year window that was 25 years ago. Is there an audience for this anymore? But if it’s the sound you love, then it’s what you love!
