Positive Comments: A fine upbeat country boogie with very original lyrics and a nice twist on why going to work is a bad option. Good musicianship and steady vocal with no pitch issues. You took a chance on using all the FX on the vocal.
Constructive Comments: This is my own honest opinion. You obviously made a conscious decision to put fx on the vocal track but I would have loved to hear this without the reverb/echo/delay. For me the vocalist has a good gritty voice and would have delivered the song much better without the effects. The story telling in the lyrics gets a little lost in all that echo, a shame for me.Please don’t think I don’t like the song, I do very much. Lots of luck with it.
