Positive Comments: Nice recording, love the live instruments. Nice brush work on the drums and as always superb acoustic guitar playing from my buddy Chet. Harmonic gives it a nice ‘down home’ feeling, very welcoming. Mix is in place, love the organ tucked in there, not featured… just right. Very original and refreshing changes, had me wondering what the next chord was going to be.

Constructive Comments: Out of the box the song strikes me as folk not jazz but as I listen yes, it’s a jazz genre. Feeling like the mix needs a high pass filter set very low around 35hz or 40hz. Vocal seems a little pushed at times, as if the song might be a half step too high. Organ player missed the ending but covered it well (sort of) but a clean tag from that chair would have been more appropriate (I would have rolled it back and punched him in). Kick drum lacks definition, a little ‘boomy’, needed a slight boost in the high mids for attack and to cut slightly better.
