Broadjam Artist: Margie & Art Corey, S. & A. Corey
Song: Melinda
Reviewer: Jeff Roberts
Positive Comments: This reminds me of Seal (with Heidi Klum sitting in). I’d bet this is Ronald… Nice Ibiza dance groove and those backing ooh’s are really cool–it gives a tremendous mood, especially when the whistling synth sound is added in with them. The spoken female vocals add a great haunting touch. Very cool tune!
Constructive Comments: I think the bass section of the arrangement could be fatter & bigger both in terms of the arrangement and the mix–this would add a lot. Maybe treat the vocal to distance it a bit and make it a tad more mysterious?
