Positive Comments: The songs has an interesting personality. Part of me wants to produce it very differently, but another part says I like the cheesy sounding synth sounds… it almost becomes a part of the overall effect

Constructive Comments: The mix was off to my ears… I could hear parts coming and going, but there were a number of areas where all I could hear was the synth piano.

Constructive Comments: Put more compression on the low end so it doesn’t rumble so much. Unless this is intentional for effect, your strings sound great but the piano sound like a cheap synth. However if thats intentional that would make sense to me

Positive Comments: Lovely song, soulful and heartfelt. Great vocals with a fine variety of instruments in the backing. It is difficult to be original with the hook for a song of this religious/country genre but this one works well and is still in my head several minutes later.

Constructive Comments: I really like this song and hope you will take my comments as trying to be constructive. This song would be even better with just a little refinement in the arrangement. For instance, the side to side effect on the opening electric piano is a bit full-on and could be reduced without taking away from the nice simple start. For me, the synth pad could come in one bar earlier at the first “breathe on me” and could be a little more gentle so that it comes in very quietly and builds through the hook.This is a really good song with great potential – I like it a lot. Positive Comments: Singer has a very country fok voice and just right amonut of linger on some of the lyrics. Good arrangement and support from her band. Quite good hook for what she remembers of relationship with the guy in the song’s story. Has market potential for country blues fans, not so sure about general track buying public.

Constructive Comments: Liked the song, track and singer, might just be enhnced by quieter blues line/lines in the middle?

Positive Comments: Like the feel and sound of the track. Tried out some lyrics while listening. Instrumentation worked well, personally, would like a bit more emphasis and repeat of the hook for market potential reasons. Apparently, people don’t have the same level of concentration now and flick through tracks quickly. Would like to hear more from this review artist. (I’ve just written and recorded my first Delta Blues Folk track co-incidentally).

Constructive Comments: Would like more hook emphasis, and lyrics are always a tempting adventure for a listening lyricist and composer.

Positive Comments: This is a fabulous song and I enjoyed every aspect of it! It has a great vibe and I love the message through the lyrics. This is also a professional recording all instrumentation sounded great. This is a song I would keep on my playlist and listen to it regularly.

Positive Comments: I truly enjoyed this song. It took me back to my school days and painted a picture of remembering an old school love. Your lyrics are believable and you expressed your heart with honesty. I look forward to hearing more of your music.

Constructive Comments: Even though I enjoyed the overall sound of the song, music and lyrics, the instrumentation may be a little dated. I personally enjoy that but seems most industry professionals als are looking for a more current sound. I cannot suggest how or if you might consider changing that but that would be my only criticism.

Positive Comments: Love the intro and the guitar riff. Strong lead vocal and backing vocals. Excellent musicianship throughout including the bass and drums. Nice phrasing touch at ‘let it show’. Nice chord progression. Subtle but effective keyboard. This would sound great in a live setting.

Constructive Comments: The song is quite short and I think the song merits a short instrumental section featuring the lead guitar and keyboard. My only other comment would be that it merits a remastering to really bring out the timbre of the vocal and instruments….That’s why I’ve marked down the ‘Quality of Recording’.
