Positive Comments: Very nice love song. This would be great for weddings, anniversaries etc. A full band arrangement would be great for radio, but the acoustic version is nice for wedding ceremonies. Simple and sweet, well done.

Constructive Comments: The lyrics are tried and true, I’ve heard in many different songs. If you could, add a personal touch from a certain experience to set it apart and make it unique.

Positive Comments: Beautiful song, I like the acoustic beginning and ramp up on verse two. Wonderful instrumentation. Love the vocalist, very soothing to my ear. Nice dynamic arrangement. Pitch perfect! I hope this song goes far for you!

Constructive Comments: At the end of the first verse I could imagine some strings coming in to foreshadow the entrance of the band. Maybe my speakers, but the percussion seemed a bit heavy on the cymbal. Just some thoughts – its great as is. Good luck!!

Positive Comments: Some sweet soul music , reminiscent of Sam and Dave, with a little Sam Cool thrown in …voice got some nice gravel in it.

Constructive Comments: Musically this is very authentic, voice it deep, overall arrangement is good. Instrumentation sounds a little cheesy and the recording is weak, should probably be louder. Lyrics don’t really do much either. Honestly, despite the fact that I like the vocalist, my initial impulse was is say take the vocal out and the vamp could probably sell as an instrumental. The playing is good, and it all has a very catchy and familiar sound to it.

Positive Comments: Very interesting approach to an easy pop song – mellow and passive but for just a draft sound not bad..The recording has got a good enough quality and the song potential.

Constructive Comments: Maybe add more into the production- we think it needs more vocals and you need a bridge to bring it to another place and back to the song to give complexity- still, all good the way it is if all you’re doing is designing the floor plan.

Song: Insecure

Reviewer: Norb Studelska/Upper Air Disturbance

Positive Comments: Nice mix of multiple guitar track layers, and use of effects on the guitars. Very interesting and progressive chording and progression patterns which was evident from the beginning. I really enjoyed the subtle vocal humming track (I wanted to hear more humming in the background).

Constructive Comments: The lower rating that I to the lyrics was because I had trouble understanding them (I was not able to hear them clearly) I replayed the song several times to try to discriminate the lyrics. The other lower rating was for the quality of the vocals. I am not blessed with a good singing voice, and I assume that you are the singer, but I think recruiting a good vocalist with good pitch control would do this song justice.

Positive Comments: What’s not to like about this track? I’ve heard a lot of Christian music. The message is simple, following Christ, obedience to Christ…but it’s presented in such a winsome and fresh way with expert production. This guy has the kind of voice I could listen to for hours, and when he hits those high notes…wow! It’s just amazing. High praise to the production team and I absolutely LOVE the background vocals. Keep up the good work. It’s so refreshing to hear a song about OBEDIENCE. It’s one of the best words in the Christian walk. After all, Jesus said, If you love me, keep my commandments. But so few artists sing about it. Way to go.
