Song: Sober

Positive Comments: Written in a minor key, this is a creatively written breakup song. I like the “I’m sober…I’m over” hook, very catchy. Kind of connects bad drinking with a bad relationship…and the metaphor continues with “out of my bloodstream” (clever connection). Background vocals are good. Instrumentation is creatively done.
Constructive Comments: The intro has a “monster” ambience to it. Kind of gave the song a creepy feel. Is that what you were trying to accomplish? If so, you nailed it. Sometimes the effect on your voice seemed a bit too much, but I got more used to it as the song progressed. The ending is too abrupt. Is this song really dance/pop?
