Broadjam Artist: Chet Nichols
Song: Stay Away – Instrumental (Classic Rock)
Reviewer: John Masarone
Positive Comments: I love having to come up with titles for instrumentals. I chose, “Hurry Up!,” because I got a sense of urgency in the performance. This is good because I did get some sort of feeling from the tune and that’s what you want. I can hear this as background to some NASCAR highlight reel. Good job.
Constructive Comments: I listened to this on my studio monitors. Overall I think the mix is balanced very well. I thought the drums could have a little more punch and reverb to make them sound big and menacing. My taste. If there was a vocal I would not suggest this. I just think the mix can sound bigger and the drums might have the answer. I listened to the tune twice.
