Positive Comments: Guitar sounds good, the use of the synth in the verse is very nice, it gives a different dimension to the songthe use of the overload of reverb gave me a reference to Billy Idol (I know, that’s almost blasphemy)When the song goes into the different chords it really come alive!

Constructive Comments: One of the first things you notice when listening to the song is the enormous amount of reverb on the vocals and later on the synth. With the synth ere is no problem but it’s very hard to make out lyrics. I would have not kept the song in the one chord that it starts in for so long but made earlier changes.

Positive Comments: Strangely enough the chord structure reminds me of the beginning of Hollywood nights by Bob Seeger. The intro with the bells is beautiful Nice piano solo!Well arranged, good harmonies. I can’t say anything about the lyrics since I don’t understand Italian I love the ending in a second piano soloSubtle guitars in the song

Constructive Comments: Maybe this song would sound better if there was a real bass guitar underneath the synth bassThe sound of the drums is a bit too much late seventies Sy drums for me, re are so many possibilities for more natural sounding drums or even electronic drums that sound more modern, then the panning of the drums also does not have to be so drastic

Positive Comments: The sound of the drums as they come in is great. Too bad that’s not kept up. The sounds chosen for keys are good and they work. Actually all sounds besides the drums after the beginning are goodI think it is brave to try your hand at an instrumental with the use of just two chords.

Constructive Comments: The drums start with such a nice (80s) sound but this is changed to a much lesser soundIt is very difficult to have a 2- chord song without lyrics and still keep entertaining. For that the arrangement needs to be balanced with variety in hook, intensity, dynamics and soundsUnfortunately the playing of the keys is not completely consistent

Positive Comments: Great song with a very strong voice, somehow reminding me of Van Morrison. It’s got a nice jazzy tonality to itThe hook (and ending of the chorus) is brilliant, well done! The bass is very well played with a beautiful toneArrangement of the strings is very niceGood harmonies, enhancing the lead vocalsBreak with guitar followed by the modulation is beautiful

Constructive Comments: This song would have been absolutely fantastic if the drums had a better sound to themI would have loved to have the chorus doubled in the modulation, the song really didn’t have to end that soon, even if the vocals had stopped (or just hummed along) it could have been longer

Positive Comments: The drums loop is clamorous, there’s a quieter guitar, slightly funky, and an aggressive one, and they both sound good. The vocal part is good, the melody intriguing, the hook very catchy.

Constructive Comments: It’s a good one, maybe the little guitar phrasings toward the end could be smoother. Your songbook seems to be endless.

Reviewer: Peter Toussaint

Positive Comments: The fee to of the voice is really niceThe breakdown is what the song needed The song as a whole reminds me of Steve Harley (Cockney Rebel) also because of the feet on the vocals (if that was done on purpose, well done!)

Constructive Comments: I was not happy with the intro at all.. the sound of the lead instrument (is there violin in?) doesn’t work for me. That together with the very unnatural sounding kick drum Over the whole there are timing issues with several of the instrumentsWould have been nice if after the breakdown there had been a build up again

Reviewer: Peter Toussaint

Positive Comments: I love the lead vocalists voice and the lyrics are very natural, I don’t hear anything forced to make rhymeEven though it is really not similar, the voice does remind me of Karen Carpenter (who happens to be one of my favorite voices)The instrumental arrangement after the solo part was really niceThe hook works like a charm

Constructive Comments: Downside for me is how the background vocals (oooh) sit in the mix with what sounds to me as too much reverb. The guitar sound, even though nice could be a bit fuller

Constructive Comments: I would have put the instrumental part earlier in the song and not leave it to the endI also had some trouble properly hearing the lyrics but then again, I’m not a native English speaker
