Broadjam Artist: STEPHEN CONNOLLY
Song: Carmelita Dancing
Reviewer: Jeff Maguire
Positive Comments: Reminds me of a cross between Robert Palmer and ZZ Top, funky little r&b grove with some nice slide.
Constructive Comments: The groove is cool, the whole new wave goes blues boy is cool and it definitely reminds me of ZZ Top. It’s well played. The lyrics seem a little obscure for a blues song, not bad, just no obvious hook other than there’s ” nothing like “, and then a list of clever rhymes that don’t really have anything to do with each other, than someone might be dancing in the moon.
