Positive Comments: So, I just woke up after a good 8 hours of hobbit rest. I’m still in a groggy state and my quad-latte hasn’t kicked in yet. Sitting here in a state of blah… I press the big honkin’ play button on my hobbiton abacus to listen to some Ambient music here on BroadJam – and this track I am listening to is now taking my groggy-self to … oh, I dunno … Proxima B perhaps? This is a mysterious electronic ambient piece perfect for space visuals or great wonderful hobbiton media.

Constructive Comments: I have a big problem with this mostly it’s the beginning. This is ambient genre, yet the composition does not ease into the piece to let the listener get comfortable with the new sound environment being presented. After listening to this a second time I had the notion that there was no real point to what I just heard. I understand this could be used in TV for backing as a standalone musical piece – I think more should be put into the composition. It is enticing to a point, but the track just doesn’t seem to provoke me. Please remember, until now, we have never heard this and we do not know the artist or how this was constructed. I think the mixing on this could be improved to fill the stereo sund field for the listener. We hope you have a great day today!
