Positive Comments: Channeling the Ghost of Jimi and never coming up for a breath from start to finish.
Constructive Comments: Playing is certainly at a high level. Generally when I hear a player come so close to Jimi’s style and sound it works against them for me, playing is quite good, but in the end it’s not Jimi. Now if you took the best of this by way of riffs and lines and built an identifiable tune with some memorable structures, then had a shorter but totally rocking solo, it could be really good, but frankly, as good as the playing is, it’s still just a guy riffing for five minutes.
