Positive Comments: There’s some potential here. Possibly a background track for a commercial or documentary scene.
Constructive Comments: Maybe cut back on the ambience overdrive, reverb and delay on the lead just seem to make it muddy. The whole thing seems a bit too compressed. I know that loud is the current thing, but clarity is just as important. Try to separate the instruments more and instead of trying to play every fast lick you know, work on some melodic phrases. A bridge would also be nice, a break from the heavy parts, wouldn’t take much, maybe 8 bars or so.
