Positive Comments: Perfect intro, song builds well. Love the live tracks! Everyone can play well. Good classic rock changes and arrangement. Cool guitar break at two minutes leading into the solo. Quality hard rock song… complete with mystery, intrigue and hostility!

Constructive Comments: The vocals are a little too low, I understand wanting to blend them in with the track but they are intelligible and the clarity is lost. Can’t understand any words. Lead guitar needs to be a bit more out front. I hear some vocals going on behind the solo but these are even more distant (thinking this was intentional). Little pop in the end, not sure what it was, maybe a digital delay repeat.

Positive Comments: Interesting combination of styles – a traditional blues track with R&B / Soul phrasing in the vocal. The contrast adds to the energy of the cut. Reminds me a little of Link Wray.

Constructive Comments: The soft vocal approach, almost whispered, is not quite working but it is close. I think maybe the phrasing needs to be a little tighter, particularly in the verse.

Positive Comments: How come there’s no rockabilly selection? Glad I wasn’t driving or I’d be doing 100. I really like it, sounds like it was recorded down at the Sun studio, all in one room. As a whole, great tune.

Constructive Comments: That being said, I’m not sure I’d change it because it is meant to be rough and ready, but I thought the acoustic guitar did not add anything. Live, its probably a great visual. If it were a different type of band , I would say the snare needs to be cleaner and stand out more

Constructive Comments: The recording is not great. The guitar sound could be cleaner and a few intricate passages get lost.

Positive Comments: Reminds me of Stevie Ray Vaughn, a good, solid blues-rock track. All the players are working hard, it would be fun to hear this live in a bar. No single element of the track really stands out but that can be a good thing.

Constructive Comments: This is a solid flip side or album track, but nothing really separates it from others in the genre. It’s all good but not great. The mix needs some work, as the vocal is a bit thin and is often lost. Bring up the vocal and make it a bit thicker, then see what you have. Hope this helps.

Positive Comments: Love the guitar work, especially the solo. Horns rock. I believe they are real. Trumpet reminds me of Herbie Hancocks Cantaloupe Island. Sounds like a great night down at the jam, but I didn’t hear a clear hook that could stick in my mind. The guitar at the beginning reminds me of what one would play through at a jam to clue in the band, but I thought it could have been left off.

Positive Comments: This was so beautiful, I had to hear it several times! Alas, I could not understand the lyrics not even the language it was in. I am intrigued. It would be perfect as a Latin requiem. It’s very ethereal. Can’t wait to look up the artist and find out who is writing this kind of music. Would be perfect for the Oxford or Cambridge Boys Choirs to sing a capella. Very pure sounds and nice vocal range.

Constructive Comments: It ended too soon! I would have liked to hear more. Is it supposed to stop after 1:04 minutes, or was this just a snippet?

Positive Comments: How cool! A song about a big, fat, juicy smile 🙂 I really like it. Great market potential for ads and children’s camps and kindergartens. Very catchy and memorable. Cool effects with the laughter and cheery sounds, too. Nice arrangement. Kudos to the lyricist and composer!

Constructive Comments: There’s nothing I didn’t like about this song. It talks to all audiences of children, not just Christian ones, which is a big plus. It even alludes to real life event with the hurricane that destroyed the 4-year-old’s house (thinking of hurricane Katrina here). Kids will love it, and can relate. There’s always some pouting girl that could draw a lesson from it )
