Positive Comments: Nice tune. The song has potential.
Constructive Comments: There are a few places where the lead guitar pitches a little flat. I would work on the lead guitar to get it a little smoother and possible a different effect with more delay and or reverb. There is a wonky keyboard note at about the minute mark and also later in the song. Little things like that stand out and take away from the song.
