Positive Comments: Beautiful voice and chords. Nice changes. Background vocals also right on. I love the clever lyrics in ballad form. Really makes it impactful. Huge amounts of soul dripping from every inch of this song. Organ sounds good too. Lovely song!
Constructive Comments: Was really waiting for those drums…and when they came in. I wasn’t 100% crazy about the sound/pattern. Didn’t kill the song for me, but maybe one day when this song gets signed and famous they will pay for a drummer for that quick section. I don’t think the snare should be on every beat. Doesn’t sound authentic. But this song is 99% there without the snare hits.
