Positive Comments: This has nice feel, more in the funk or R&B vein than Rock & roll. The performance is well done, the arrangement is good, the structure is right and the instrumentation works very well together.

Constructive Comments: This really needs a vocal. It is a very good backing track and would soar with an R&B-type vocalist, maybe with background harmonies. I don’t feel this quite makes it on its own as an instrumental even though it has a really nice groove and is done well. A good vocal could take this to a much higher level.

Positive Comments: This has a decent classic pop feel and the instrumentation fits the genre. The vocal is clear, the harmonies work well, and the song structure is right in line with classic pop.

Constructive Comments: I feel the lyrics need a little more depth to make this stand out better and be more interesting. I also think this needs more of a hook, possibly in the chorus, to grab onto and make it more memorable for the listener.

Positive Comments: i always enjoy these kind of songs which are very popular in tv shows, sons of anarchy etc which set a mood rather than overthrow with hooks ,its rock but with a bit of country blues. vocals are good and different like if elvis made this kind of song.harp was great and the rest of the music. dark and moody just how i like it.

Constructive Comments: good track should do well in placements for tv/film i would imagine.

Positive Comments: Vocalist has a smooth sound. Reminds me of Neyo and/or Usher. Lyrically, you did a great job of establishing the theme at the beginning and carrying that theme throughout the song. Nice job on the piano and string trachs. Seems like a commercially viable tune. Arrangement was solid. Overall, great job on the song.

Constructive Comments: Although I think the vocalist has a great voice, he was a bit pitchy in spots. Also, I didn’t get the feeling that his heart was really into it. I can hear he has tremendous vocal potential but I think he is capable of much more emotion than what the vocal track on this song conveys. This is very intimate song and therefore,the vocalist must pull you in emotionally. For me, that was really lacking. However, I think you guys have a tremendous upside and great talent. Good luck.

Positive Comments: Nice funky groove. I really like the bass line and the sound of the bass. Nice keyboard solo midway through. Song reminds me of something from the 80s. Cherelle or Atlantic/Midnight Star could have done this song. Vocalist has the power and range of Chaka Kahn. I thought the hook was catchy. Overall nice song.

Constructive Comments: I think the vocalist really over sung this one. At times she seemed to be doing a lot more than what the song required. It would have been nice if she would done a slow build and saved some vocal gyrations until the end. Also, the production could have been a bit better. Sound quality of the whole song sounded on the demo level. I really think you have a good song with a lot potential. Good luck with this one.

Positive Comments: Your beginning is very interesting and the instrumental flourishes lure me in. You should be commended for staying current with your cultural references and with your theme. Your theme is clear from the beginning and the lyrics carry that theme for the duration of the song. Your arrangement is good. Keep working your craft, because the more you put in, the more you get out of it.

Constructive Comments: Though your intro pulls me in, the vocals are so far out of the mix that it is hard to fully appreciate it within the context of the song. It would be advisable to listen to your final mix on a variety of different sound systems, so that you can make corrections to the vocal levels before your final published mix. I would also advise you to be careful with your pitch, as there were areas that could have been very much improved by simply re-doing the parts until you had created a better vocal track. Having said all that, please continue to work your craft and continue to share who you are with the world.

Positive Comments: Nice interplay between the guitar and the piano. This is a big time jazz ballad. The sax solo was awesome. The sax was great throughout the song. The whole band was tight. Great arrangement and the production was solid. I think that you should be able to find licensing opportunities for this piece. Overall, you did great job on this one. Keep up the good work!!

Constructive Comments: i was not a fan of the vocalist. She didn’t really pull into the lyrics. She didn’t seem like she was feeling the song. The vocals seemed pitchy and forced/awkward in spots. Still this song is well written and the production was great. I wish you much success with this one.

Positive Comments: This track was very well produced. I like the interplay between the guitar and keyboards. All of the instrument tracks are tight. Vocals reminds me of Patti Labelle. I also hear some TLC influence. Great Arrangement. I really loved the intro and outro. I think you have a radio ready song here. Good luck with it!!

Constructive Comments: I really do not have anything to say here. I think the hook could be stronger. This is really me stretching to find something constructive. Again, this is really a very well produced track. I really enjoyed listening to it.
