Positive Comments: The concept is pretty cool – use a static, hypnotic background with sax melodies behind it and electronic instrumentation.
Constructive Comments: For my money, I would use more convincing electronic programmed instruments – the ones in this arrangement don’t really work so well. Also, in my opinion, I think a layered groove in the background with more busy rhythms would work really well – maybe a more syncopated rhythm in the cowbell sound with some kind of hand drum maybe? Also a bass line of some kind (even a static one) would help the arrangement.The sax sounds very hesitant at times and was a little behind the whole time. That works for certain genres of music, but my ear wants to hear sax right on top of the beat. The two or three measure space early in the song could be filled with something, either melodic or additional textural element. Good luck!
