Positive Comments: The tune and rhythm seem familiar, a bit like Pentangle. Touches of Paul Simon in the vocal. Seems pretty commercial to me though the backing is a tad monotonous. John Martyn also now comes to mind. Likeable.
Constructive Comments: I can only suggest that you add a rhythm section to push the song into folk-rock territory.
