Positive Comments: This has a nice smooth jazz feel with good instrumentation – and the quality of the recording is very good. Overall, this works as a smooth jazz tune.
Constructive Comments: I felt the vocal to be a little too “in-your-face”. It seemed too stark for the nice, smooth, Sade-like feel of the tune. Some reverb would blend it in much better. I also felt that the chorus would be stronger with more harmonies and maybe letting the lead vocal do something (plaintive?)in the background to make it even more interesting.
