Broadjam Artist: Kate Carpenter
Song: Jessamine
Reviewer: Jeff Roberts
Positive Comments: Gotta be Kate–happy, bouncy, bushy and chirpy with lots of kids chiming in. This is perfection in action–really superb acoustic guitar fingerpicking arrangment and sound. Great dobro and harp/harmonica in the prairie style. The lyrics, melody, vocal performance and phrasing are so catchy and enthralling here. I think this is probably the best song of hers I’ve heard out of many very strong ones.
Constructive Comments: Nothing–it’s fantastic!!
