Positive Comments: First thing to come to mind, what a strong singing performance. Voice is like a mix of Stevie Nicks and the great Peggy Lee. Kind of hard to pin down genre, which is good, song is very much itself. I lean more to rock than pop but it doesn’t matter. I like the mood of the arrangement, lots of nice little instrumental touches
Constructive Comments: Really strong track, but to nitpick – I hate the term “hook,” but over four minutes this song never really peaks, hits a high point. So if that is what a hook would do, yeah, the song could use a chorus or moment where it really stands out. Would give the singer an opportunity to show even more range too.
