Song: Funky Fingers

Positive Comments: Nice groove, and I could easily hear this in a film/TV background, particularly a retro 70s/80s scene. The mix is very good overall with each instrument getting its own shine time. I really enjoyed listening and getting into the laid-back feel.
Constructive Comments: 2 things. The abrupt ending was just weird – I’m guessing it’s from a longer song and got cut off? If so you may want to re-load the file.Secondly, the pauses on the drums seem to be planned, but as a 20+ year professional drummer, I found them distracting (starting with the one at 0:06 seconds in, that kept repeating). If you can remix this with a smooth funk drumline, it’s a real winner. That’s the one reason I marked down some of the scoring but I loved the overall vibe!
