Positive Comments: This has a mid 80’s teen movie theme vibe with almost manic tempo and tight, muted 16th’s on the power chords–kinda like the song New Age Girl from Dumb & Dumber. The highly distorted & compressed solo guitar sounds a lot like Elliot Easton of The Cars. This is tightly performed and the sound is totally professional.
Constructive Comments: It’s a sound that fits in a five year window that was 25 years ago. Is there an audience for this anymore? But if it’s the sound you love, then it’s what you love!
