Positive Comments: I would say the instrumentals, especially the guitar, are the strongpoints for me. Good choice of tone, and a decent mix overall.

Constructive Comments: My criticism would be the vocal melody. It was a little simple, and could be embellished on a bit. A bit more a moving line would have done the backing music a little more justice.
