Positive Comments: This the outer space video game version of Jingle Bells. Mixes the traditional Christmas song with some original electronic licks that give this song its own unique signature. Creative treatment of an age-old theme that might appeal to the younger generation.

Constructive Comments: I wasn’t real fond of the buzz sound I heard in the beginning third of the song.

Positive Comments: Here’s a secular Christmas carol that would do well on any store or home playlist. It’s got the typical Christmas word pictures with an added original “frozen lake”. Nice easygoing feel, gentle vocals that come through clearly communicating that warm, holiday ambiance that everyone loves. Guitar instrumental came out very nicely. Positive message comes through. There’s a nod to a few notes of “White Christmas” that give the song a familiar feel at the beginning and the end. Clever use of that!

Constructive Comments: I heard a little dissonance, but I think it was intended. No real suggestions for improvement. Merry Christmas!

Positive Comments: Nice kind of groove/feel right from the start that could work in many scenarios. In my head, I am imagining it with a real orchestra and horns…and it definitely has the feel of a lot of what we hear in movies/TV.

Constructive Comments: May be more marketable as a demo if it extended through a key/dynamic change and then a return to the main groove and a resolve.Cool sound! Nice job.

Positive Comments: A tastefully performed and produced tune. The lyrical phrasing and delivery gives me some Lyle Lovett vibes (which I LOVE).I like that there are a lot of unexpected movements in this song in the chord choices and timing of the fills. Those little details really stand out.Bass guitar is very tasteful, well-intonated and locked in nicely with a very authentic and solid drum performance.Guitars are also very nice, albeit a bit distant in the mix.The overall recording and mix are decent. This was a nice listen!

Constructive Comments: My only critique would be that the lead guitar and vocal harmonies sound a bit distant in the mix. The reverb seems to work well, so the solution could be just a tad more volume… or better yet a bit of finesse between the reverb and volume to bring them a bit more to the front without changing the overall sound.A well done song!

Positive Comments: Really cool sound and groove right out of the gate. Well recorded and mixed. The lead vocals have a really unique kind of feel with a bit of a lo-fi approach in the mix that really works for this song/genre. The backing vocals are fantastic and tastefully blended. All around, a very nice production!

Constructive Comments: This is a really nice recording and mix. The only critique/suggestion I would have is to add a bit more volume dynamics in the backing instrumentation. There are a few times when those tasty backing instruments (like the sax) could swell and fill a small space. Just a small detail really, but when it comes down to those, you are doing things RIGHT :)Well done

Positive Comments: A groovy dance track that had me kicking my heels. Nice chord progression throughout, which kept it interesting. Good and original intro, with the “fluttering” notes that gave the track a happy, fun feel to it. Loved the calming piano section in the middle for contrast, which reminded me of Nora En Pure. Keep up the great work.

Positive Comments: Love the piano intro and verses. Effective lyrics. Very catchy and memorable chorus. The contrast between the piano verses and the heavy guitar on the choruses give the song wonderful light and shade. Excellent instrumentation. Love the guitar solo at 3.09. The vocalist really sells the song. There is genuine drama in the song, which is very effective.

Constructive Comments: I don’t think the sound quality does justice to the song. Sorry but the sound is a bit muffled and the volume is too low. Sort that out and you’d have a real banger here.

Positive Comments: Very nice laid back jazzy/pop tune. Love the opening piano by itself sets up what follow very nicely. The Piano itself sounds very good, very full, gorgeous. The arrangement is sparse which works very well for this type of song. It reminded me right from the beginning of Chris Rhea’s “Texas” I hope you don’t mind my saying this, it’s a huge compliment because I love this tune. Well done, enjoyed it very much!@
