Constructive Comments: It’s personal taste, but I think the subject matter limits what could be done with the song. Others may love it, I just didn’t with so much death in the news. But a well-written and performed song.

Positive Comments: Some instrumentals are stand-outs on Broadjam. This is one of them. I’ve never heard anything quite like it. Repetitious without being boring. Might be good in a video game. Definitely would improve upon most of the “hold” music I hear on the telephone. I like what I’m hearing!

Constructive Comments: What makes this “latin”? I could not tell. How do you guys come up with this stuff? Keep the great music coming! Pre-Ending sounds more oriental than Latin! Outro needs work. The ending was not well-thought out…sounded incongruent with the rest of the song.

Positive Comments: Here is a well-written love/healing relationship song. Love conquers all. GREAT 3 words, fantastic hook absolutely love the chorus! A good, positive message with a universal appeal. I love the way the verses lead seamlessly into the chorus.

Constructive Comments: Publish the lyrics, please. To me the piano intro was a bit brash, not so pleasing to the ears. Probably could be solved with a different sample or attack on the keys. (This improves as the song proceeds, by the way). The lead vocal seemed rather “thin” to my ears. With some work and an innovative approach to production, I think this song has a lot of potential. It wasn’t like your vocal was off pitch or anything, it was just the way it came across to my ears. It could be more pleasant to listen to. I am wanting to hear more on the bottom end to balance out all the highs that I am hearing. Ease the ending out more gradually. You’re almost there.

Song: Oh Yeah

Reviewer: Kate Carpenter

Positive Comments: This song starts off with an amazing harmonic Yeah Yeah into that’s very pleasing to the ears. Reminds me of the Beatles or the Monkees or some band from the past. Sounds rather innocent but plummets into “talk dirty” and becomes an extremely sexy song. The rock band is amazing. The drummer’s contribution is original and fun to listen to. The instrumentation is alarming. The strings section is unexpected. The guitar at the end soars (wow!) If the band was trying to get you into the bedroom with them, they succeeded.

Constructive Comments: I am a 65 year old woman and yikes this song was way over the top and probably something I should not have listened to. Whether or not I agree with you, what you are saying, etc., I try to evaluate a song on its merits. You definitely did what you set out to do with this song rocked it. That being said, I will tell you where I am coming from. I believe that sex is a sacred gift from God and belongs only in marriage. Also I think the ending was WAY too abrupt.

Positive Comments: Here is a song that is short on time but long on love and deep in feeling. The intro sets up the song with a smooth, anticipatory groove that is pleasing to the ears. Nice guitar sound. When the vocal comes in, it melds beautifully with the instruments. The clarity and quality of the vocal is remarkable. Great recording technique and production.

Constructive Comments: I don’t know much about the new age genre. This song is probably too short. You’re really a great singer.
