Positive Comments: Nice overall tone on the guitar, and the recording is pretty clear.

Constructive Comments: This is more a thought of a song than a song, with no bass and out-of-tempo drum sounds throughout. For home recording you really need at least a metronome to keep timing correct or there is virtually no market value. And the fact that there is no lower end (bass) to make a true rhythm section makes the sound 1-dimensional. I’d keep working on finding other musicians to fill it out as the chord progression itself is fine.

Positive Comments: I could hear this as background music for a TV or film scene. Very rhythmic and mildly aggressive, but not over-the-top. There were enough dynamics and instrument changes to keep it interesting.

Constructive Comments: Being a purist I’d prefer natural drums to artificial, but that’s just my taste.

Positive Comments: Good tone on the instruments. The parts felt like s unit, worked well together totally complemented each other. Mix felt good, clean, balanced and in control. Singing didn’t feel strained and was in tune also sung in the style, mode of the track,

Constructive Comments: The vocal feel a bit too flanged, warbled to me. I had a hard time understanding the lyrics and I really wanted to know that the song was about. The verse lacked enough of a melody for me, but If I could have made the words out it would have worked, but I was really waiting for a hooky chorus to contract the melancholy verse didn’t get there for me. sorry, I wanted to be grabbed but wasn’t. Keep rockin!

Positive Comments: Great opening section, love the simplicity and vibe. Well done, way to not over do it. Great guitar tone rocking lead against the nice, percussion, and fun unusual keyboard patch (vibraphone ?). felt like The Traveling Wilburys. (spelling?) Love the harmonies on the guitar solo, subtle but nice. Bryan Adams esque.

Constructive Comments: Really liked it a lot hope to hear more. My only suggestion would be to have the instrumentation change up more often love each element but would have like of had them come, go more so different parts get featured. Would have made the super fine EG lead work even more pleasant to hear. Good mic, good tones, all around. If you ever want lyrics, vocals to a tune, hit my up! dw@thenoted.net

Positive Comments: reminds me of journey, 80s Bryan Adams. I like the guitar solo was a nice break contrasting the vocal sections. The overall message is positive. Singing pitch was good snd levels were balanced pretty well. I applaud your efforts. Best of luck

Constructive Comments: I like power pop rock ballads this, but the lyrics were so constantly going, it overwhelmed me. I also hard hard time making out the versa lyrics so maybe that was part of it. My biggest suggestions are less lyrics, change up the instrumentation more between sections. I think sadly (and I hate saying this_ the drum, string and especially piano patches made this sound dated. which isn’t a bad thing just a thing.

Positive Comments: The simplicity of the song is quite striking, but it works! It would be neat to have this tune grow as it musically unwinds!! I think the subject matter of the tune, is quite original, hats of to the composer for dealing with a different and unusual topic!!I hope that the song is just a fictional story and not a true life experience, a tad Sad!!

Constructive Comments: Maybe just make the arrangement a bit grander?? Just a thought!!Good song though!!!

Positive Comments: Always a great privilege to hear that familiar voice, Earl C. Webb. Nice tune.

Constructive Comments: I get that you’re creative in your arrangements, but I think this one is not up to me expectations of your standards. It sounds just a pinch too sterile compared to most of the songs I’ve heard from you so the bar is a little higher. That being said, it still is sweet.

Positive Comments: This has a Bonnie Raitte vibe to it (and i love her music! Overall the instrumentation is solid & plenty competent as are the vocals. Great work!!!

Constructive Comments: If i had any constructive criticisms for this track it might be that i’d love to hear the lead vocalist sing this with a little more “aggression” as in “Belt it out baby” & I’d love to hear this song with a generous production budget (ie: a live drummer etc… but who has $$$ like that anymore ???) Best wishes for success !
