Positive Comments: Wow ok ya got me here, was not expecting a gospel track but this bangs..Admittedly started bopping the minute this one started..ok now this breakdown is old school funk …ok I get the Fred Hammond/Winans vibe with this …definte neck rocker yeah wanna hear what they got after this join…noooo then just dropped it LOVE IT

Constructive Comments: Lol Edits are our friend good brothers but then how can you turn this groove loose? Was this done on a DAW? idk I really don’t have much bad to say at all besides cut this joint short a few and bump it…but where? I’d sneak it into worship..js

Positive Comments: Really like the music and how it flows, Im a sucker for this kinda acoustic…crisp….where it ends as opposed to where it begins is interesting too..it builds…by the solo though I was still wanting to hear where it would wind up so I fed it catchy…if instrumentals are your thing. It feels like rain vibe wise to me like it should be playing in the background while its raining

Constructive Comments: Guitar got louder in spots than others and that was slightly distracting but im no audiophile lol so I can live with it but as im intrigued to hear more from this artist im hoping for a more balanced mix..im curious how it was recorded..DAW mixing can be tricky sometime

Positive Comments: Catchy song. Lovely guitar work. Very strong lyrical content. Pulling back the instruments at 0.58 really works well. Nice instrumental section at 2.07. The vocalist is just right for the song and sells it with conviction. The song is catchy and well recorded.

Constructive Comments: I’m English so I don’t get much exposure to Country music and as such I don’t feel qualified to suggest tweaks or amendments but it is an entertaining song.

Song: Dream Love

Reviewer: David James

Positive Comments: I love the solo acoustic guitar intro and the subsequent introduction of drums and bass. Nice change of direction of at 1.28 and the interlude at 1.58. The vocal style really suits the song and demonstrates a great vocal range. Lovely chord progression. Strong lyrics. Very catchy. Jeff Lynne could have written this song.

Constructive Comments: Perhaps the song could have been recorded at a slightly quicker BPM to drive it more. The reference to Jeff Lynne above reminds me that might you might consider adding strings or keys at 2.06, just to build the track in terms of arrangement. I like the guitar solo very much but a meatier patch on the guitar solo would really give the song an epic ending. Overall a lovely song.

Positive Comments: A sad love lost song.

Constructive Comments: The introduction is a hair too long. Granted it’s a sad song, but it’s a bit too slow, it’s almost like a lullaby.

Constructive Comments: The guitars are cool and nice ideas…I think the vocals need to push out more in the mix….the Chorus is ear candy… PUMP that!!!

Constructive Comments: Push the solo out more … get more out there with it, not as much as a Bonnamassa type approach but rather, nice using a bluestone. Overall, it captures the feel of the lyrics and emotion

Positive Comments: Cool groove happening here

Constructive Comments: I would like to hear this tune with a more driving voicing maybe driving guitar or a driving keyboard sound… the choice of instrument to carry the ovearll could help… I think it would improve the little licks the marimba sounds do are cool but dont use it for the main… those little hints of a vocal ‘ohs’ toward the ending are REALLY cool… play that up a bit

Positive Comments: tune builds nicely every 8 bars going to Chorus

Constructive Comments: I would really push the Chorus out there with a more open driving mix like the whole band just JUMPS out and pushes that groove and pulls back in the verse sections… a HUGE CHORUS would really push this over the top
