Positive Comments: Catchy hooks and good groove throughout.

Constructive Comments: Patches sound very dated. Low score from me is for arrangement. The structure of the song could have a lot more variation. The synth horns are a great hook and the vocals right up there but it’s lacking something. This track would bebefit from a clicky rhythm guitar for my money.

Positive Comments: Very different! I like different. Well executed. I can hear this in an off the wall musical show. Commercial outlets for this type of off the wall tune I suspect would be limited.

Constructive Comments: The uniqueness of this track which for me is the strongpoint, I also see as the negative but only in terms of it being too radical for most!

Positive Comments: Great structure to the song. Especially liked the 7th chord (?) in the chorus on the acoustic – nice to hear something less obvious.

Constructive Comments: Only thing for me would be to boost the chorus even more with maybe some strings or more harmonies. I get where it’s going but needs more dynamic.

Positive Comments: Very cool song!! Catchy and energetic! The arrangement is great….it has a lot of fire! The lyric is quite original….. an unusual angle…..creative. The transition into the chorus is excellent. BG vocals are really cool….very live and animated sound! Really great stuff!!

Constructive Comments: Not a lot to not like here….it is some really, really good work! The only thing I think possibly could be improved is the low end of the mix. It’s hard to say if it is the low piano and bass interfering because of the playing or the mix but it is a bit jumbled in the sound, particularly early on in the song. Otherwise, it is a killer tune!! Congrats! Take care. Greg

Positive Comments: Very cool song!! It is catchy, melodic, and the instrumentation works great….guitar part is particularly excellent. “Leave my broken heart behind” Is a great hook! The lyrics are strong in general. Vocal is quite strong, and passionate. I think you’ve done a great job with this.

Constructive Comments: There is not a lot of “criticizing” to be done, at least by me. It is excellent, and everything works quite well. I do feel the mix could be a little cleaner and clearer, but the parts all sound right to me. You’ve written a winner here! Congrats! I think there is commercial potential so I would work this song. Positive Comments: I enjoyed this rendition of this song. It’s a popular one. The instrumentation was great and reminded me of my childhood days listening to this jazz rendition play while sitting in my dad’s van whenever we traveled. He was into Jazz heavy and still is! 🙂
