Positive Comments: Excellent piece…reminiscent of Bob James! I loved the movement and flow of this piece. If anyone can sit and listen to this without moving some part of their body, then there is something wrong. Terrific groove and dynamics. Every instrument fit perfectly into the mix. Very well written, recorded and mixed. Great job.

Constructive Comments: The only critique that I have is that I would have loved to hear a nice fade at the end of the song instead of an abrupt ending. But other than that, well done.

Positive Comments: Loved the song. Very nice groove and rhythm. Vocals are stellar and spot on. Perfect choice of instrumentation and great mix/recording. Dynamics are good and I really liked the lyrics on this piece. This is a well thought out out and performed song. Great job.

Constructive Comments: I am not a big fan of major reverb. To me, lessening the reverb a little would give the song a boost. But that is just my opinion and observation. Nevertheless, this is an excellent song as it stands. Bravo!

Positive Comments: It’s sounds like another Kate Carpenter meisterwerk to my ears. Superbly entertaining lyrics as always. I haven’t a clue where you get these lyric ideas! (Well, I do. I get these dodgy emails too, but you know what I mean). Compelling vocal, great piano arrangement and really nicely recorded. The multiple vocal on the second ‘Delete, delete, delete’ line is a clever touch.

Constructive Comments: If you ever tour the UK Kate, I’m first in line for a ticket. OK?

Positive Comments: The song is really catchy. The production is excellent and full of changes which keep the listener’s interested. Great vocal performance and arrangement..those layered vocal work really well. Very contemporary sounding. Overall it’s really strong.

Constructive Comments: I’ve marked down the arrangement by a notch because I think the intro could be cropped to half its length and I feel the fade out doesn’t fall in the right place. Overall though an outstanding piece of work.

Positive Comments: Beautiful introduction. I love that brass. Great instrumentation..piano, rhythm section, percussion all excellent. Great lyrics which suit the ambience of the song perfectly. A compelling vocal performance. Lovely instrumental bridge at 1.50. The fade out works really well for a song like this. Overall a great song.

Constructive Comments: It’s a top notch piece of work. The song had shades of ‘New York State Of Mind’ by Billy Joel and ‘Jesus To A Child’ by George Michael and that’s great company to keep. Good luck with it.
