Positive Comments: Really well done!! Love the nod to vinyl on the intro with the sound fx! It’s a really cute, and really original song. The production, vocal, and instrumentation sound exactly right to me. THe hook is simple but certainly sticks in your head. Really nicely done all the way.

Constructive Comments: Since this is a novelty song, it is hard for me to guess at market potential…..it would take a niche opportunity to place it. BUT, the quality of both the write and the production is certainly there to support that opportunity if it comes along. Really nice job with the whole nine!! Take care. Greg

Positive Comments: I really like some of the sounds and noises being made. Big layered guitar sound that’s exciting and energized.

Constructive Comments: Not sure what the intention is whether to leave it as an instrumental or not but for me it’s a starting point for an interesting song, with a great vocal as always and then the arrangement structured around that. It’s just a little overdone for my ears in terms of the layered guitars, I mean I like that big sound but I want a bit more clarity and hook and structure to it too. I think finding a vocal you’d find yourself cutting back there and arranging around that to good effect.

Positive Comments: Very pleasant. Sounds something like Julian Lennon singing the Moody Blues.It’s a nice gentle enveloping feel, very well recorded and mixed, very airy.Sounds very professional and polished, I would think commercial potential in the right placement.

Constructive Comments: Can’t fault too much, if I’m going in to be constructively critical it’s perhaps not the most original, possibly a change of texture within would grab me further, couple of guitar phrases at the end felt just out for me otherwise just right. It’s not hooky and I don’t recall the lyrics on first listen but rather the pleasant dreamy feel of it.

Positive Comments: I enjoyed this, it’s well sung and has a nice melancholic, wistful feel to it.Nice rhythm guitar playing and slide guitar and 2nd guitar licks for emphasis in the background.

Constructive Comments: I think to take it to the next level for me I’d like more variety, some harmonies would be nice. A bit more contrast in the middle 8. The lyrics are good, just a few phrases that don’t quite hit it for me too in terms of content. The recording is very reverby, I mean that’s fine but maybe puts it too far away from me even for a wistful piece.I think you’ve got something and the feel suits a spare arrangement but to really grab me personally, I want a touch more variety.

Positive Comments: This is really nice stuff…..well written. It is a very fresh lyric which is thoughtful and reflective. Vocal is quite nicely delivered….natural and authentic. Instrumentation and arrangement are very appropriate for the genre. Nice!

Constructive Comments: The song is really well written. Hard to find too much wrong with it from my perspective. I find myself still humming it after it ends. You obviously know what you’re doing. Positive Comments: This is really wonderful music!! Sounds to me that there is a bit of a Latin flavor with quite a modern feel overall. The musicianship and recording/production sound totally top drawer to me! The music is exciting, and catchy, with a lot of wonderful motion.

Positive Comments: Really cool music!! From my perspective, the musicianship and the recording/production quality are top notch! I’m not sure how much of a market there is for abstract jazz but I certainly appreciate it. This has a wonderful flow, and is extremely creative.

Positive Comments: starts to move more at 1:20-ish… the arrangement works well, like the sax but its right out back, hypnotic feel and a nice song idea

Constructive Comments: its quite reverb-heavy, its stays very much in the repeat groove with everything buiolt on top – for too long perhaps, it would nice to break out into expressive solo
