Positive Comments: In the grand tradition of Rock N Roll, here comes a song about dancing “all day” and not “all night”. I mean, can it get more Rockin’ than that? I don’t think so! Something tells me the story of this song follows an all night story of debauchery and, come the next day, the party is still going on! Great job. Cool song. Well written, performed and produced.

Positive Comments: Real good guitar work! Very melodic! Your precision is on target! I think you could expand on this, make it a bit longer and find some placements for it. You are obviously a very accomplished player!

Constructive Comments: I think the flanger effect actually takes away from your picking. You have some great runs that get covered up in the effect. I’d love to hear this in a rock guitar with power drums and bass. But, I’d also love to hear an acoustic version… When the song started, I flew back to some early Doobie Bros memories – which I love. Real good work!!

Positive Comments: The singer has the right kind of vocal gravel for this genre. The guitar playing is real good! Nice licks and fills! The lyrics work for a blues song – simple, suggestive and repetitive.

Constructive Comments: I think the mix is a little too “wet”, especially on the vocal. I’m missing the low end punch in the mix – could be my headphones. The melody is a bit obvious on the chord progression, but it still works ok. Overall, I think it is good but not great. Keep at it!

Positive Comments: I like the “realness” of the singer – very authentic and honest. I think the sentiment is very sweet and sincere. The instrumentation is sparse and allows the listener to focus on the vocal.

Constructive Comments: I don’t think this song has commercial appeal for contemporary Christian radio. But, there may be other applications. The lyrics are heartfelt but don’t say anything that is new or unique. I think the drums being panned to one side in the mix is a little distracting.

The harmonica is awesome! Being a bit on the Pentacostal side myself… absolutely love the upbeat, positive vibe and message! Fun song! Keep up the good work!
