Positive Comments: This has all the right hooks in place and is a genuine pop song which is quite rare here on Broadjam. I was all ears and really enjoyed this from this start to finish. I love the hook in verse, it really drew me in. It’s well recorded and well sung and it’s one of the few songs on here that I really like. Well done!

Constructive Comments: I’m wondering if a chorus that doesn’t have half-time drums might work, it also felt quite early on that I wanted the chorus to start sooner than it did…an editing issue. Really good stuff, well done!

Positive Comments: At least, a song that is concise, with a clear structure and that gets to the point. Your verse, pre-chorus and Chorus are all really catchy and work in relation to one another. A lovely gentle song that seems totally heartfelt. It sounds as if it could be in west-end show or something similar as it has a very specific, storytelling quality to to it

Positive Comments: This is a lovely gentle song. The quality of the recording is great. You have a great voice and the playing is beautifully subtle. You’ve used some unusual chord sequences, which, once I’d adjusted to, we’re quite catchy and gave the song a clear shape. it’s great to hear artists breaking out of set sequences.

Constructive Comments: This was really charming. Not sure I’d label it as pop however – have recommended it as folk.

Positive Comments: There were a lot of great hooks in this, and it’s clear that you are very music. I love in particular, the chorus, how the different vocal layers overlap. There are lots of surprise chords and musical directions and I like that in this all-too predictable world of music. It has a slightly 80’s vibe but that’s not a bad thing, I really enjoyed this musically.

Constructive Comments: I feel that there are too many generic lyric ideas thrown into this for it to stand out. I feel that with a different lyric and some stronger imagery this song would really shine.
