Positive Comments: Good song. The performance is great. The sound quality and mix is pretty much spot on. I believe the song has marketability. I could hear it in an ad for sure. “Take me home.” What is more positive than that?

Constructive Comments: The only comment I have is the structure of the song is very linear. There are no parts where the song moves forward to the next level. Maybe as the song plays use different instrumentation, different drum beat, add a tambourine toward the end, background singers kick in, modulate a whole step, etc. But if an advertiser needs 15 seconds forget everything I just mentioned. You’ll be fine.

Positive Comments: I’m reminded a lot of an 80’s rock style. Not the easy glam rock stuff, more like Steve Via-ish. The main riff is good, very driving. The layered guitars sound great and there is some really good musicianship skill here. Very talented player. The song did imprint a sensation of driving through a tunnel or a highly wooded forest area at night. It takes talent to invoke something, high five on that one.

Constructive Comments: Too much chorus on guitarcant hear other instruments clear. The background instruments kind of get lost in the mix. The guitar also has too much chorus applied. It’s obvious there’s a drum machine or sequencer being played over, while this isn’t a bad thing, there is no deviation from the one beat, and when it just cut out, I thought the song was over, it came in the same again. Change up the drums to match the songs dynamic and you could really nail it.

Positive Comments: The bass player is talented. If it’s programmed, it’s still awesome. This reminds me of Dream Theater, the sound of the keys, the fact that it sounds semi-progressive. The structure and changeovers are awesome and when they shake hands they meet dead center perfectly. This is music that musicians will appreciate, it would complicate the mainstream listener.

Constructive Comments: Wrong genre. There isn’t anything Industrial about this. Even if every instrument was programmed, it’s like a rock, jazz, prog rock, but still something I cannot define. But not electronic or industrial. It’s a little psychedelic at times too. Definitely unique as its hard to define an exact genre. I liked it, though there was some great talent demonstrated.

Positive Comments: Perfect for film. I imagine warriors getting ready for battle. They touch photos of their loved ones after gearing up for battle. The emotion given is very delightful.

Constructive Comments: The electric drums, date the song to be more futuristic. The beginning sounds timeless. If a more organic approach was behind the percussion…I feel it would reach a wider audience and have more potential for film opportunities. The song is great either way.
