Positive Comments: Flower opening-spider in a perfect circle net-horses on the beach–swan on the lake before being eaten by an alligator—anything Dramatic—-anything in a film story would be well served by this composition.

Positive Comments: Although I don’t listen to this genre of music much anymore I listened to it some when I was younger so this track was accompanied with a great deal of nostalgia. The slightly cleaner tone of the lead guitar paired nicely with the gritty nature of the rhythm guitar. The drummer was phenomenal as well.

Constructive Comments: If I were the engineer mixing this particular track I would decrease the volume of the lead guitar so that it meshed a little better with the rest of the track. It overpowers the rest of the mix a good bit and that could probably be avoided by lowering the volume slightly.

Positive Comments: This track made me want to play video games. It feels very adventurous and feels like it’s leading up to something big the longer it plays. The break at :40 is very nice and creates a lot of movement in the track! I also really dig the 80’s style lead synth you used for the chord stabs. All the synth tones work really well together overall!

Constructive Comments: The track overall is excellent. One critique I might add would be to use more effects during your transitions in the song. Using reverb and delay at the end of a phrase right before a break is a great way to create effective transitions. The delay will carry over into the beginning measure of the break and will generate more cohesion in your track.

Positive Comments: This track has a solid driving back-beat indicative of House music and I believe it would go over really well in clubs in Europe. This would definitely keep the party going on the dance floor but would be tough to sell to the general public.

Constructive Comments: The song needs more movement. I know House music is about the same beat the entire time but it seems like you could add more to this track rather can keep it the same the whole time. The driving synthesizer could use a little more volume and/or EQ’ing to bring it out of the mix more.

Positive Comments: That was some really incredible keys playing for sure! There was a time or 2 the timing of the turnaround got a little off with the drums and keys but other than that it was a solid pocket groove! I wouldn’t mind seeing this live to see how it’s done, it reminds me of this band from the Pacific Northwest called Yak Attack.

Constructive Comments: The song didn’t seem to have enough direction in my personal opinion. I couldn’t discern the main idea behind the track. Was it supposed to exhibit the musicianship of the keys or was this just some talented musicians jamming in a key? Overall a really nice track just hone in the main idea of it a little more and you got it!
