Song: redneck lover (Radio Version)
Reviewer: Birthe Noer Myers
Positive Comments: I have heard this – it is already a popular song?Great voice, powerful, melodious, even the violent guitar-attack and the trident percussion fade beside the power and the beauty, actually, of that voice. Love the laugh,, triumphant and wicked. It is a delicious performance of a good song.
Constructive Comments: I have not a single criticism, again, it is delic.ious

Song: I’m In Love With You
Reviewer: Birthe Noer Myers
Positive Comments: A strange song, probably an amusing song when you are in the know. It is not unfunny to just keep singing barbecue with a slightl, tongue in cheek, wooly-sounding (double and echoed voice and chorus or duet. I have given it all excellent because I like its humor.
Constructive Comments: I have nothing to suggest, I like the song

Song: Thank You, Jesus
Reviewer: Birthe Noer Myers
Positive Comments: A real country song. plain and beautiful and amusing in its bare faced declaration of faith and love of God. It has no fills except the lovely voice and the simple words. Better than a sermon it is, in its simplicity, wise and unpretentious. It is an accomplishment to combine sophisticated thought with such plain and clean-faced singing. It is subtle in its proclamation of faith, but not at all afraid of sharing. A sweet and admirable song
Constructive Comments: i have no criticism, the singer, songwriter knows what he/she is doing. Quite, quite lovely.

Song: Will I Ever? (Demo)
Reviewer: Birthe Noer Myers
Positive Comments: Tongue in cheek fun, a real country song, wry and witty and sweet and sincere. The singing voice is crisp and untheatrical and very pleasant. The story is certainly set in a secure family and good neighbors’ environment. The traditional country percussion which is not my cup of tea, is an expected component that inevitably goes with the narrative. It is a compact and pleasant song that when discovered may be much loved
Constructive Comments: A perfect little song, I wish you luck with it.

Song: Gentle Hearts
Reviewer: Birthe Noer Myers
Positive Comments: A gentle, understated song sung with a gentle, pleasant voice. I know the percussion is reale country, and I wish it didn’t bother me so much, but drums can bee creative too. I like the sentiment and the love for fellow beings in this song. It is a mini biography, celebrating a friend. I like it a lot.
Constructive Comments: I write lyrics, and any criticism I have of the music is purely personal opinion

Song: The Very Thing I Despise
Reviewer: Jeff Maguire
Positive Comments: This is a real sleazy and cool jazz vamp, it reminds me a bit of Leonard Cohen if he was doing demos at home with slightly cheesy equipment.. it’s a compliment. Lyrics are a suitable combination of mysticism , revelation, unsatisfied desire, and self loathing. Nicely done.
Constructive Comments: I really love the total vibe and style, this is well on the way to being a really unique and compelling piece of music. The instruments could be sonically better, the horns are sometimes mixed too loud, and the lyrics could, in a few spots, be more present. IOW … it has a few technically issues. It could be mixed and produced better. But overall this is a really unique and creative piece of music.
