Positive Comments: First of all, you have a beautiful voice. I can tell that you were truly blessed with some natural vocal abilities. Your pitch and tone are both spot on. It was truly a pleasure to listen to your musical creation. I also very much enjoyed your lyrics. The lyrics were current and had an emotional impact. I very much enjoyed this song and I look forward to hearing more!!

Constructive Comments: I think you have a lovely voice and I want to hear more of it! I would turn up the vocals a bit and add some compression. It might also be a good idea to add more dynamic to your chorus. Perhaps change up the instrumental arrangement a bit or add some awesome effects to your chorus like some reverb and/or delay. Overall, this is truly a wonderful song!

Positive Comments: Nice instrumentals!! Also, I absolutely love the emotion that you portray in your singing.. I can truly feel the emotion behind the written lyrics. In my opinion, this is what transforms a good song into an absolutely incredible piece. The lyrics are beautiful in and of themselves. Your ability to convey the emotion that underlies these lyrics was quite impressive. Nice work!

Constructive Comments: I think that adding just a bit of reverb to the vocals would sound awesome. Also, I suggest adding a vocal harmony to your chorus. This would be a great way to add some further dynamic to this beautiful song. The addition of a bridge may also be a nice addition. 🙂

Positive Comments: I love the way that this song builds! It’s extremely versatile and I could imagine it pairing wonderfully with various types of movie trailers. My first thought was that this song would be perfect for television and movies like Vikings, Pirates of the Caribbean, and everything in between which happens to be super popular and current in this day and age. Well Done!!

Constructive Comments: I think that it would sound great if you added some percussion at the beginning and perhaps maybe even some non- lexical backing vocals throughout to increase to the song’s emotional impact. It’s already an incredibly emotional piece. Adding just a bit more percussion and some “oohs” here and there could take this song over the top!

Positive Comments: Love the 40’s kind of jazz vibe going on here. This reminds me of olden times saloons. 🙂

Constructive Comments: Maybe some high hat symbols lightly playing in the background on the Google it snoogle it…like a light beat because it is a pretty snazzy part of the song and a beat would make that part come alive even more.I wouldn’t call this a pop song per se.

Positive Comments: Solid song and great performance by the vocalist. The song sounds very professionally done on all aspects, instrumentation, recording and arrangement. I would certainly like to hear more from this songwriter.

Constructive Comments: I think the hook needed to be stronger. Not sure exactly why, but it took me out of the moment of the song, when generally that should hook you in.

Constructive Comments: Although I was able to catch the majority of the lyrics, in some parts I could not make out the words clearly. I also thought the hook could be a bit stronger. But all in all, I really enjoyed the song very much and hope to hear more from the songwriter.

Song: Ghost From A Dream / Dream Pop

Positive Comments: This is a beautiful tune. I can hear this is film soundtrack. I think the notes and tune that are played are right on target. I love the melody, and it brings a softness to the piece.

Constructive Comments: I think the notes that are played are on target, but they need a smoother transition, they sound choppy when played as if it is a practice run. But if you perfected that part, it would sound great. It needs some work but worth perfecting in terms of a finished product.

Still I Wonder / Country Alternative by Uncle Spider & The Electric Dirt Clods

Song: Still I Wonder / Country Alternative

Reviewer: Howard Delnick

Positive Comments: Nice vocals and harmonies. I like the song and the feel, but it needs some work to make it commercially viable. Good effort and lots of potential if you put in a bit more work.

Constructive Comments: Drums are too upfront. The dominate the song and distract from the overall mood. Song is load all the time. Some dynamics in the mix would give it more feel. Unfortunately, half way through the song you can’t wait for it to end. Instrumentation, particularly lead guitar needs work. I was expecting something special, but ended up with same old seen it heard it before.
