Positive Comments: The outro vibe reminds a bit of early Santana, Nice. Great vibe. Instruments work well together. Cool song. wish you all the best with it.
Constructive Comments: Perhaps a little work on the overall production and mix quality to increase the definition would help. The chorus/hook is a little lost: I found it difficult to find the title of the song from the lyric if this is was you intended then forget that and you achieved your goal i.e. nothing says the title has be in the lyric – but it would make it easier for the listener to find if they want to go buy it. Like it. All the best.

Positive Comments: Reminds me a Creedance Clearwater Revival song . Has the feel of a Vietnam era song , classic rock . A great reminder that there are still so many out there fighting for our country .I love the lyric that asks “have you ever heard the sound of bullets flying over your head” It takes the listener right there . Nice job , keep up the great work
Constructive Comments: I like the vocal mix for the beginning of the song , I’d love to hear the mix come current after the first chorus . Would give a lot of impact to the song . Start with the classic rock 60’s early 70’s vibe and then bring in another guitar with a current sound, mix the vocals in with a more rich tone after the beginning Classic meets today . Thank you , Awesome job ,

Positive Comments: Completely reminds me of Christmas . I like the mix of all of the traditional Christmas song . Makes me want to be a kid again , complete with the excitement of what Christmas is about. Harmonies were great and I love how the instrumentation adds to the feel Nice job
Constructive Comments: Some added texture to the vocals to blend a little more with the instrumentation would be nice . The mix could be a little more “together” . Overall a great Christmas tune , keep up the great work .

Positive Comments: I come from the Simon Crowell school of review. Knowing that, I really don’t like reviewing the music of others. I think I’m too harsh. I like the opening guitar arpeggio. It has an ear arresting quality. After that I’m into the threes. I could have gone to 2 on a couple.
Constructive Comments: The desire is there, for sure. I think it’s rewrite time. You can do much better. Lyric writing is often work. Once in a while you’ll get lucky but more often than not… you won’t. A dance song with a strong beat doesn’t need words that tell a story as does a country song. This song is not intended for the dance floor crowd. The lyric needs to link line by line. Listen to successful country songs closely. Especially the love ballads. Songwriting is a skill. Unless your extremely gifted, which most of us are not, study and analysis is mandatory. Good luck. I wish you the best.

Song: In the valey of Gods

Positive Comments: Very difficult to judge a piece like this. So much depends on context. It may fit perfectly with what the composer has in mind. As a stand alone song, it has its moments. I liked the more majestic parts as opposed to the sections with the “stuttering” effect.
Constructive Comments: The drum sounds bothered me. I thought it took away from the piece. Timpani’s may have helped. By my taste, the drums were too brittle. Too much high end. Still, it could be appropriate for the intent of the composer.

Reviewer: Randal Dunkle
Positive Comments: I really like the lead vocals, very unique sound. Very cool sounding drums and rhythm guitar. Very good lyrics as well.
Constructive Comments: I like the song, great arrangement by the way. The only problem I have with it is the beginning part that has no drums. The drums are really one of the best parts of this song – I would start with the drums in the background, because to be honest is sounds a bit out of sync without drums – best wishes!

Song: Now You’re Free

Positive Comments: I think this song plays well in an urban market. The drums/bass drip with funk. The sax is sinewy and mixed just behind the vocal. I like the language this cat uses. The vocalist is excellent, perfect for the group. Sings with confidence, sort of reminds me of the music Chaka Khan/EW&F.
Constructive Comments: Lyrics are tough to write and I don’t feel qualified to speak to them here, even though I am a lyricist too, I am more of an intuitive writer. What I sense, is a lack of a story/what is being written about. This is not a singer/songwriter wearing your heart on your sleeve with too may verses. I know to catch the attention, jump out with a strong image that grabs the listener. The first line could set the scene then introduce the character/situation. Easier said than done. This one is in the can and you probably won’t revisit it. I suggest working more on the lyric, taking each line and crafting it till it shines. The music is slick and you guys have that down, no doubt. Every industry person I’ve spoken with comes back to the lyric, the lynch pin. The most challenging part of writing. Keep up the good work!

Broadjam Artist: Uncle Spider & The Electric Dirt Clods
Song: Fool Against Nature / Jazz
Reviewer: Elliott Ranney
Positive Comments: The drums sound programmed, the guitar has great voicings with an implied melody. I am taking a wild guess this was written for cues and not necessarily in a song format. There is a piano mixed under the guitar, however, in only a minute and a half, there was no real essence of where the tune was taking me. It felt much like a vamp, which is a good way to start in jazz, exploring improvisation over a short progression. Since it is a rhythm track, I could not say what artist it reminds me of. This artist has a vision and this is the path so far.
Constructive Comments: I gave low scores for the lack of any clear melody that would lay on top of the rhythm track. If it is only this long, leap with something that engages the audience. The implied melody could be could be floating on top via piano/violin/sax,harmonica. Any instrument other than what the artist is playing.

Constructive Comments: My only suggestion here is because of the huge amount of space in the song go for as big a sound as you can achieve, I mean really big, Taiko drums the lot if it works for you. Believe the bigger the better with this track. All the best with it mate.

Constructive Comments: Great pop song. Nicely executed and recorded. You could come a bit bigger with the production especially on the chorus, after all, the chorus is what you selling and want to get people hooked on. Well done. All the best.
