Positive Comments: A somber tone flows from this piece. I pictured a scene during Winter when everything is silent, and a man living in a big house alone contemplates the direction in his life. The strings really add emphasis to that feeling of loneliness, and everything works really well together. I love that violin, as it really gives the piece the expression it needs. Very well produced and written. Excellent work!

Constructive Comments: Very great piece you have here. I couldn’t think of anything to change or add while listening.

Positive Comments: I like the feel you are going for. It reminds of a movie scene that is getting ready for battle.

Constructive Comments: I went low for quality of recording mainly because of the percussion in the track. When I do snare parts I always use a real snare drum because MIDI still to this day cannot duplicate a good marching rudiment or roll. Low on arrangement and originality because I didn’t get transported anywhere. It felt like a long intro. The marketing potential is low because of the previously stated.

Positive Comments: I don’t know why, but I love this track! the playfulness just makes you want to dance the night away. I like the way you get that playful element strait away.

Constructive Comments: Quality of recording is low on this because the vocals are so buried that its hard to make out what is going on. I feel like the person that mixed this buried the vocals in the mix because they felt like they were off, and without realizing that the vocals work well for this song. A better recording would sell this track right away!

Positive Comments: Wow, what a wonderful piece to hear! This is definitely going up there on my favorites. Not only are the lyrics encouraging, but the piano has a distinctive style as it creates a lovely soundscape to accompany the vocals — very well played. I had to turn this one on repeat, because I love it that much! I do enjoy this style of music, and please let me know when you create something like this!

Positive Comments: You are obviously a talented pianist. I like the light airy feel of the composition.

Constructive Comments: The mix is ruff because it lacks dynamics. The drums are almost non existent. For around $150 bucks you can get a drummer program that at least sounds like drums. You could get a better arrangement out of this song just by dropping all the other background instruments and letting the piano do its thing for a couple bars.

Positive Comments: Certainly has an old west feel to it, and it almost sounds like some of the classic Hollywood western soundtracks mixed with a few modern techniques. Very enjoyable to listen to and very well produced! It had me hooked from start to finish, so I can say that this is a high quality piece ready to be used in an appropriate scene.

Constructive Comments: All the instruments work together really well, so I can’t think of anything to add to this. Very good work!

Positive Comments: I like that the drums are not overwhelming the mix. I like the feel of the track when the harmony comes in. The song comes in somewhat quickly with a nice line that everyone can relate to.

Constructive Comments: The vocals are almost there. Maybe some pitch correction would be good, or just spend the time to punch in all the different lines and phrases to nail the vocals.

Positive Comments: I can hear this track in a movie already. Its got that “thing” going on. High ranks for market potential, lyrics, and hook. I also like how the song starts strait away, no boring intro.

Constructive Comments: So this track is sooooo over compressed. I hear the whole track pumping in a few locations. I feel like the vocals being so far on top are making the stereo compressor smash the mix.

Constructive Comments: I couldn’t stop hearing the low bumps and rumble. Maybe no pop filter, or neighbors lol. Either way you should solo the tracks and find out where its coming from. Once I heard them i was more listening for that then to the music.
