Dont know this is a group or 1 man band, whatever, there is an enormous musicianship. Love percussion, the synth loop, sax!! and guitar leads. Really enjoy it congrats.

Positive Comments: the idea is good. like the bass lines. and Groove of the song.
Constructive Comments: voice is very dull, and with the effects, the lyrics are almost not understandable and the mix helps that, because its too low voice volumen.

Song: Street Angel
Reviewer: Jeff Maguire
Positive Comments: Song is good, has that 70’s singer songwriter story song feel to it.
Constructive Comments: Recording and mix has a pieced together feel to it and doesn’t quite jell as a mix or a performance, drums sound off in spots. As a whole I like the song and think it’s got potential but production itself is weak to my ear. For example, the organ solo is unnecessary and goes on way to long, and the last two minutes the lyric pretty much consists of ” street angel repeated over and over … not necessary, just end it sooner. .

Song: The New Orange
Reviewer: Carol Ann Jones
Positive Comments: I like the Beach Boys feel of this song with the layered vocals. It starts as a pop song and then in comes the slide guitar bringing it the country sound. I like the stop coming into the last verse, very effective and a good reset. This song is original, I like it! Interesting lyrics. Great ending.
Constructive Comments: The vocals are a little muddled in the middle section of the song and the last section. There was a point in the last minute of the song where I lost track of the arrangement, but then the speaking part started. Good lyrics, but musically the arrangement got confusing for me. Another reset and the ending was solid.

Song: Half The Night
Reviewer: Carol Ann Jones
Positive Comments: Nice song, nicely arranged. I don’t hear many songs these days starting with the chorus – a refreshing change. Good instrumentation and lead vocal. Good luck with this song!
Constructive Comments: I would suggest a different voice for the backing vocal to give the tone more depth. The mix has a couple of heavy spots where there could be some volume changes to add more dynamics. It hit me strange that Hank Williams and the Grateful Dead were mentioned in the same song. I’m not sure why, it just struck me as funny.
