Positive Comments: It was a nice listen. I really really enjoyed that solo! That was dope! Can tell that you guys really put the time and effort in to practicing.

Constructive Comments: I think the recording could be better. Get to a professional studio and work with someone who can really bring that sound out a lot better. You will be able to tell a world of difference. It sounded a little repetitive in the beginning but when that solo hit that was dope! Good luck fellas!

Positive Comments: I think the song has a good feel to it. Nice beat and is a feel good song. I could see this song being played in a comedy movie or a kids movie or tv show. Kind of reminds me of a song that would be played in the movie Toy Story or something like that.

Constructive Comments: I gave the quality of recording a low score because I had a little trouble hearing your lyrics clearly. I think I could make out everything if I listened to it a few times but overall I think you guys have some talent and it would do you justice to record in a professional studio. It may cost a little bit more but your song will be that much better and I think it would have a real shot at getting licensed in some media. Overall it’s a good song. Just need the recording to be better so the listener can really hear everything you’re saying. Good luck with everything!

Song: Morocco

Reviewer: HarryBudini

Positive Comments: Starts with long notes of synth echoing from the eighties, then unexpectedly Andean pipes are summoned, and they bring deep percussions with them, and very characterizing triple notes of piano played during the transition between two bars. Sampled voices, emitting a rhythmic vocalizations reminiscing of Enya, add warmth to the piece. It’s an atmospheric, relaxing and pleasant listen, well arranged and recorded. Could fit in a suitable movie sequence too, probably – and even more in a documentary about nature.

Constructive Comments: Nothing to say. Well done.

Positive Comments: This song has a lot of potential! I like it a lot. I like the tone of your voice, it’s very effortless and relaxed, as any good singer should be.

Constructive Comments: I think I would like to hear some keys in the background, to bring out a bit more of the harmonic structure. The guitar is the loudest element in the mix, it should be your voice. Bass is distant and barely heard. As far as vocals go, I personally would like to hear you sing a bit more present and upfront in the mix. Don’t sing in a “safe zone”, meaning, sing a bit louder to stand out. Overall though, this song could do well.

Constructive Comments: I don’t really have any constructive comments, since I don’t really listen to this genre of music, however, perhaps the limiter is distorting or pumping a bit too much, but that’s just my taste and opinion.

Constructive Comments: Great sounding piece of music, I would add a bass guitar and maybe a trumpet to give it a little more soul – best wishes!

Positive Comments: Nice aggressive guitar sound, mixed very well and with it coming at you in stereo… great! The subtle flanger that is brought in at the bridge works very wellThe vocal harmonies are niceGood dynamics between verses and chorus. Chorus has got a good hook that is nice n catchy. Both intro and ending are great, well composed!

Constructive Comments: If the vocals had been as nice in the mix as the guitars, the end result would have been a lot better, is that because of reverb or the double takes? Not everywhere the vocals are completely in pitch. Of course this song needs a solo! Doesn’t matter if it is guitar or keyboards, a song like this deserves a proper solo after the bridge 🙂

Song: BEFORE THE WORLD STOPS SPINNIN!

Reviewer: James Neilson Graham

Positive Comments: This is life-enhancing music making! Solid groove from the piano and percussion. Effective use of silence from the band near the beginning. The entry of the backing voices brings a kind of fifties mood – but with a difference. Whether by accident or design, the voices do their own thing with delightful harmonic results. 6 bar phrases in among the four bar phrases give variety. Nice jazzy vocals. Nothing too sweet, nothing too perfect but everything hanging together. I could write an essay but I’d better not . . . suffice it to say I loved it!

Constructive Comments: A slight adjustment to the balance between voice and band would make the words easier to get hold of maybe . . .

Reviewer: Peter Toussaint

Positive Comments: Now there’s a proper rock song!A nice intro, verse, chorus and bridgeGreat vocals that work very wellThe chord progressions are exactly how I like them and the modulation is beautifully worked outGood guitar play and the guitar harmonies at the end really sound niceThe whole reminds me somehow of Bad English

Constructive Comments: The drum sound is very electronic and especially the toms are quite loud which emphasizes this sound The guitar sound on the solo is quite muffled, I would have loved to have this (though well played guitar) sound a bit higher in the mix, a more open sound witch is not so full of mids. All in all a great song that with some tweaking would be very radio friendly
