Song: Tell Me Again

Reviewer: Jon Babb

Positive Comments: A very suspenseful track that does an excellent job at building up to climactic moment. I could easily hear this in a TV or movie scene during an investigation or a dramatic scene — the song has different themes that could easily be used either way. It’s so interesting to hear different moods conveyed within a track, especially one that is high quality like yours. Excellent work on this.

Constructive Comments: words seem a little forced. less syllables. i also think the lead synth sound doesn’t work. maybe a piano or guitar or recorder.

Positive Comments: Always an upbeat sound from this artist. Like the introduction of the female voice into the mix and the steady and on-beat cadence of the song. Really nice sound. I dont know if the artist is part of a band or does the music bed himself, but it is nicely integrated.

Constructive Comments: I don’t rally have any comments other than what i have posted in the positive! : )

Song: RISE AGAIN (Rock-Easy Listening)

Reviewer: Gladstone Avenue

Positive Comments: It is great to hear a spiritual song that is not a “praise” song with copied portions right from scripture, but rather based on the Christian life. I “praise” this group and writer for taking time to explore lyrics that are fresh and meaningful. Nice vocal mix in the chorus and the ending “rise again” is a nice touch with a subtle biblical reference. Nice!

Constructive Comments: Just my opinion, but I think you could skip the instrumental intro and get right to the song. And–at times–the music bed gets just a tad off beat. These are issues I struggle with myself and that is why I am perhaps oversensitive to those areas. Really like the song, though–as you can tell from my positive comment section.,

Positive Comments: Very authentic roots/country/ rock tune. Reminiscent of Bob Segar and some of his classic songs. Well written story song, super vocals, very authentic rock and roll sound.

Constructive Comments: No real criticism, I like the tune and the performances. I suppose for straight commercial purposes I might try and make it a little shorter, maybe just play it a little faster.

Positive Comments: This is a beautiful down home country Rock duet. Excellent instrumentation, beautiful tune, and great performance. The guitar work is gorgeous and the vocals are well balanced and smooth.Definitely a song that makes you want to throw your cowboy hat on, grab your partner and dance/sway together under a blanket of stars and the moon shining over head, or anywhere else for that matter

Constructive Comments: In all fairness this is not a genre I normally follow or listen too so I can’t really give much critique, the only thing I can offer is to blend the bits that speed up at he the switches a bit better. Good luck with all of you’re music, wishing you all the best!
