Positive Comments: Good Sound and Vibe.Like the Groove. Like the sound of the Vocals.

Constructive Comments: I think you need to dig a little deeper Lyrically. The Words in a Song need to connect with the listener. They need to resonate. These unfortunately are really trite. Lyrics like Rock, Rock, Rock all Night, Dream, Dream Dream All Day have kinda been done to death (although I kinda like it at the end of the Song). But you gotta admit “Dance, Dance, Dance jump outta your Pants” is kinda goofy. A Song like this might have flown in 1987 but ever since Nirvana came out they made Lyrics like this look silly. Even RATT who had the hokeyest Lyrics ever wouldn’t do anything like this.I think you have Skills. You just need to put a little more thought into your Songs. It doesn’t have to be Bohemian Rhapsody, but you’ve got to be a lot more genuine and a lot less typical.

Positive Comments: Guitar Solos are pretty ripping.Everything seems up to pitch and the arrangement is right on for this type of Song. Easy to follow, Chorus, Bridge, Solos, etc. come in right when the Listener would expect. All good things.

Constructive Comments: Sorry, don’t mean to pee on your BBQ. It’s just Songs like this have been done a million times before. And the Baritone Vocals aren’t something I personally look for.I get that it’s a tried and true formula that fits the Americana thing to a T but it has more of a place in a Beer Commercial than me wanting to see a Band Play it Live. It also would be much more at home in the Country Genre than Rock.Instrumentation is really good, tho and the Solos are ripping.I’m just one person and I wouldn’t go changing what you do because this Song isn’t my thing. I’m sure there is a huge audience for this kind of Song. Just not with me.

Positive Comments: Eclectic mix of roots rock and country with a progressive tinge, has a very familiar sound to it. Immediately engaging.

Constructive Comments: The slide and fiddle sound great, overall performances are very good, recording is good, style is unique but also familiar at the same time. This has a lot going for it, lyrics are .. ok, not bad, just not anything that makes me go … wow.

Positive Comments: I like it. Sounds like it could be in a Movie Soundtrack. The Concept of the Song from top to bottom is pretty cool. The Music and Lyrics work. The Guitar in the background is nicely executed. I like the Monotone Vocals. Gives it a modern vibe. Drum Loop sound is pretty good. I like how the Drums sit out in the Choruses.Arrangement is simple but direct. I like the fact that it’s not made overly complicated.

Constructive Comments: The Whistle in the beginning is a bit out of pitch and distracting. Also, the Doubled Vocals aren’t quite on with each other. Arrangement-wise it’s also a bit too repetitive. I think you could have added a bit more Peaks and Valleys in the Dynamics to keep the listener engaged. the Song building to some sort of Climax.Maybe gone for it a it more on the Vocals towards the end. I get the mono-tone thing and it seems to give it a current vibe but you want to give the listener that oh, yeah moment.Perhaps a smoother Solo Guitar Sound. The Acoustics sound like they were recorded Direct. You’d get a much richer Sound putting a Mic in front of it.Perhaps adding a bit to the Drums to break up the Loop pattern.Overall, it still sounds a bit too much like a Demo. I’d like to hear a more realized version recorded in a Good Studio with real Drums and Mic’d Guitars.

Positive Comments: WHAT A GREAT MESSEAGE KATE. you made the hair on my arms stand straight up and the second time through I had to get the tissue out. Your voice was perfect and when you sang feed me it was so feeling. I wanted to feed everyone. When we know we have the resources to feed everyone it is beyond me that we have the hungry even here. Well done Kate

Constructive Comments: I am not explaining how this hit me but forcefully. The hair straight up!

Positive Comments: Very nice song. Very STRONG song that stands on it’s own. Very solid and unique images backing a common story but lifting it above a common-place presentation. Nice voice that wavers just a bit, but that is expected in a solo, vocal-guitar recording. Really nice timber to the singer’s voice. The guitar work and progressions are well-played and presented. All in all, a really enjoyable experience. Thanks for sharing.

Constructive Comments: No major flaws….well done!

Positive Comments: What you were trying to do with your vocal arrangement came off as though the production was done in a hurry so it just ended up sounding a bit off especially on the hook you can’t hear most of the slang words you were trying to say.

Constructive Comments: Its not a bad track really but I think you need to put more work on it because the tune has a lot of potential if the sound effects are laced right. Keep at it.

Positive Comments: This track will do well in the mainstream sector because it has plenty of potential to be on radio rotation all day long thus being said I would edge you to submit it for radio play as it has that bouncy sing along feel to it.

Constructive Comments: I feel the Juelz Santana resemblance and its working on the 1st verse and the second verse shows the bad boy element which regenarates the hustle in the 3rd verse to complete a well polished piece of work. well done.
