Positive Comments: Delbert McClinton would be proud…this one is a lot of fun. I love depressing moods played to uplifting toe-tappers. Just a perfect little lyric about bluish feeling coming up now and then. Singer is pretty good…not Delbert…but who is? Bonnie Raitt might like this too… It’s just a fine tune.

Constructive Comments: Harp opening was a little loud I thought…The bridge lyrics were better than the melody they would put in…melody seemed like you were trying to fit lyrics into a place where they didn’t fit…and if possible…lose the “insane” rhyme…something about that word in songs that sticks in my craw.

Constructive Comments: The flute is not sounding very realistic. It will be ok in a massive orchestral score but in this case the flute plays a delicate line so it needs to sound very very real. Also the strings could sound more real. I think it could have a bridge section to give more power for the last chorus. But congratulations, the song is very beatiful!

Positive Comments: I like the feel of this song and the subject was somewhat interesting. At first, the low vocal range kind of turned me off but I warmed to it by the end. The instrumentation works well and the arrangement is good. I liked the bridge because I felt the song needed one and it fit well

Constructive Comments: I would have liked to hear more harmonies, particularly on the chorus. I know there was a harmony part but it was buried so far in the mix that it was almost non-existent. Stronger harmonies would improve the impact of the hook and make the vocal more interesting.

Constructive Comments: The arrangement needs work. Sequences are chopped up putting the listener on the edge. Certain instrumentations when out of level, but the skinny of it was good.

Constructive Comments: The guitar pick on the strings is a bit heavy and your arrangement needs to be shortened. Everything is flowing but then it tends to run away from you. Half the length would suit this record a lot better.
