Positive Comments: Dope song! Beat bangs for sure, and kept my head knocking the whole time. Mix is loud and proud. Very perfect track for the style. Right on target. I can definitely hear this in a movie club scene. Best of luck shopping this song. Very well done!

Constructive Comments: Maybe sample some vocal hits and trigger them towards the end for that old dance feel. Maybe a break/build back.. But really it doesn’t need anything. It’s perfect for the style. Great job!

Positive Comments: I like the hesitation with which this piece starts, as if stepping into darkness with great care. I am a lyricist, not a musician, so I am a bit disappointed when no lyrics shop up, but this is a very pleasant instrumental piece. I like it. There is a warmth in it.

Constructive Comments: By nature and necessity this is a slow piece …… one has time to enjoy the sound and vibration made by instrument and performer.

Constructive Comments: the loops sound very basic which is a pity because you have a great song and great vocals. maybe change the drum pattern a little and play down some of the effects which sound too loud in the mix. the song is good just the production lets it down a little,

Positive Comments: interesting song and subject matter. like the vocal very much and the use of instruments throughout is very interesting. like the accordion motif which is unexpected. lyrics are very strong. instrumentation is good keeps within the folk genre but has a contemporary edge.

Constructive Comments: great song good subject matter and interesting voice. the only thing which lets this song down is the mix and production. i like the hook. perhaps a more profound bridge section would work very well. also not keen on fade outs i think a nice live ending to the track would give it the finishing touches. nice work

Positive Comments: Interesting combination of styles ranging from percussive and moody like Peter Gabriel, to Latin like Santana, and maybe Marc Cohen or Michael Bolton bluesy on vocals. Very well done, got soundtrack music written all over it.

Constructive Comments: Really well done from a production and instrumentation standpoint. I suppose an issue is that there is very little dynamic, no rising or falling, volume changes, no changes in articulation … ect … in that sense it really doesn’t go anywhere. Lyrically, I personally don’t have any great feeling about it, it’s very predictable and commercial, but it definitely sets a mood and everything fits. Find the right soundtrack and it should sell.
