Positive Comments: Interesting note clusters and showers throughout. Lot of harmonic potential here.
Constructive Comments: Some light and tasteful percussion would help solidify this. Also, making use of stereo panning would clarify things and make this piece more interesting. Ex.: piano and guitar would each be better defined if they were separated somewhat in a stereo field.
