Song: SON DON’T YOU GO DOWN THAT ROAD
Reviewer: Kate Carpenter
Positive Comments: Here’s a great “father to son” country song full of wise advice…it tells a good story. I love that line “you come by it honestly”. Who of us hasn’t seen a hard-headed, stubborn kid forge ahead into dangerous territory without listening to wisdom? This song has a fantastic message. I absolutely loved it. Nice guitar work and other instrumentation complements the production well. Nice mix. Great vocal. Excellent lyric writing.
Constructive Comments: The only time I had to consult the lyrics was for the bridge.
